Mr. Parveen Kumar Verma is a result oriented professional with exhaustive experience in managing a wide array of functions which broadly includes Design & Development of quality & reliable power distribution network, AT&C loss reduction, Adoption, deployment & integration of various IT / OT systems etc. His core competency lies in reaching out to people and deployment of strategic measures in a seamless manner suiting to user requirement and thus facilitating improved levels of Operational & Commercial efficiency parameters. Mr. Verma has held responsible positions like Chief of Operation, Chief of Commercial in TPCODL for over three years and for a short stint he served as Chief of Commercial Services with TPNODL before he joined as CEO, TPWODL from 19th April 2024. He has played a key role in reducing the AT&C losses through comprehensive analysis and deployment of strategic measures. Mr. Verma is an alumnus of Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi. He is also a Fellow Member of The Institution of Engineers India.

Mr. Kumar has more than 24 years of experience in the Energy Sector. He is a Commerce Graduate from Ranchi University and also a member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India (ICWAI). Currently, he is designated as Chief Financial Officer and the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Mr. Ashish Kumar Patjoshi carries more than 21 years of experience in power distribution, infrastructure planning, project execution and in power sector commercial activity. He started his career with the then Odisha State Electricity Board in the year 1991. Since then he has served throughout his career in Western Odisha Distribution Utilities. In 2021, he became the general Manager & Head C&MM, Zonal Head for Bargarh before he took the responsibility of Chief of Operation services in Western Odisha Distribution Limited.

Mr. Rahul Kumar, is an accomplished professional specializing in Contracts, Procurement, and Stores Management within the energy sector. He holds a PG Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra. He has a rich background in strategic leadership and operational excellence, having undertaken key roles in renowned organizations such as TP Western Odisha Distribution Ltd., TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd., and Kaduna Electric Company, Nigeria. As Chief ¿ Contracts & Stores at TP Western Odisha Distribution Ltd., Rahul spearheads the Contracts, Procurement, and Materials Management Function, driving significant achievements. He has a proven track record of implementing transformative initiatives such as automation, infrastructure development, and compliance with environmental standards. His expertise extends to strategic negotiation, vendor management, and ensuring legal compliance in procurement activities, resulting in substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. With a strong foundation in electrical engineering and extensive experience in utility electrical maintenance, he has successfully managed diverse projects. His commitment to excellence and innovation makes him a valuable asset in driving operational and commercial success in the energy industry.

Cosmos Damiyan Lakra, a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of rich industrial experience, hails from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He holds a master's in human resources management from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and completed his Economics Hons. from the same institution. Since January 2nd, 2008, he has been an integral part of the Tata Power Group, assuming various leadership roles including Head HR & ADMIN of Jojobera Power Plant, Business HR for Services Business in Noida, and Head HR for Transmission Business in Mumbai, among others. Currently serving as Head ¿ HR, IR & ES&A at TPWODL, Burla. Prior to Tata Power, he held key positions at renowned companies like Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages, A.D. Hydro Power Ltd., T & T Motors Ltd., Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd., and Rollatainers Ltd. He is also a certified internal auditor of ISO 14000 & OHSAS and a certified assessor of Affirmative Action. An accomplished athlete, he has represented Bihar in Junior National Basketball Championships and excelled in university-level football championships.

BE (Electrical) from SPCE, Mumbai and MBA (Finance) from FMS, Delhi, having more than 24 years of experience in various areas of Transmission & Distribution Business under Power Sector.
* Contributed to the success of PPP Model of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (erstwhile North Delhi Power Ltd) by functioning various roles in Project Management, Project Engineering & Contracts, Capex Management, Budgeting & Control, Regulatory Advocacy, etc. Currently, contributing to another PPP model for Distribution Business in Odisha State of India by spearheading electricity infrastructure projects (around Rs. 1000Cr annually) across geography of around 50k sq kM, as Chief Distribution Projects.
* Pivotal role in strategizing and executing aggressive growth plans for Tata Power Mumbai Distribution by spearheading many strategic special projects. Spearheaded various key positions like Chief Operations, Zonal Head (North & West Zones), Head-Network Management, Head - Capex Management, etc.
